This hotel in Klausen is a great base for exploring the Dolomites. The rooms are spacious and clean, with amazing views of the monastery and the town. The restaurant serves delicious meals, and the onsite shop is convenient for snacks and drinks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing to complain about, everything was great!

We recently stayed at a hotel on the hill overlooking a very beautiful old town with good choice of restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable with modern bathroom facilities. the friendly staff provided excellent service and offered free wifi, an onsite shop, and a delicious breakfast. In the evening, we enjoyed the illuminated monastery up on the cliff which provided a breathtaking view.
The hotel was located near the highway and railway station which was a bit noisy at times.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are not expensive at all, especially considering the amazing view from the rooms and the attention to detail throughout the property. The location is also a major plus, being very close to the small town center and within walking distance of the river. Additionally, the onsite shop is a convenient feature, offering fresh bread in the morning and other small items including wine.
Nothing to improve, everything was perfectly fine.

location close to hiking trails, good breakfast We wanted to have a romantic escape in the mountains and the hotel was located close to the hiking trails we were planning to explore. the breakfast included colored eggs and chocolate which was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful.
Noisy location, disappointing room amenities the hotel was located near a busy road and train station, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the amenities in the room were a bit disappointing, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was small and outdated.

Great location close to town and highway. Loved the convenience of the laundry facilities and free parking. The room was clean and spacious - perfect for a business trip. The view from the balcony was amazing.
Overpriced stay with no elevator. The breakfast wasn't good - lacked variety.
